  • *Nasya is one of the most powerful treatments in Ayurveda which work directly on the entire head region. Nasya is immensely beneficial for improving mental functions such as memory, retention and concentration. Nasya has been traditionally used to treat all 'diseases above the neck.'
Eye, ear, nasal, oral, brain and other related disorders can all be treated with Nasya.
Used for allergies, colds, sinus problems, neck stiffness, earache, lack of focus, and memory decline.
Nasya may also be administered to ear canal to prevent or alleviate earache, tinnitus (ringing in the ear), and to regenerate blood flow to ear. Apply to ear also using the Marshya method. Massaging face, sinuses, and behind ears and then covering face with a warm washcloth relieves sinus congestion, headache, and ear pain.
