Guru Ravi Kaur MS, RMT, RYT is an Ayurvedic Product Formulator/ Practitioner, trained in Ayurvedic Nutrition and Medicine, owner of Sky of the Heart Yoga & Ayurveda Studio and the company Busy Day Go! Ayurveda. Her unique expertise comes from her experience as a Chemist, Biologist, research scientist, product formulator, lecturer, healing practitioner, academic teacher, lifelong practitioner of Yoga and Meditation, and on-going student of Yoga & Meditation Masters. Guru Ravi has studied extensively with Rodney Yee, Rod Stryker, Desikichar, Patricia Walden, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Gururattana Kaur Khalsa, Siri-Gian Kaur Khalsa and His Holiness Sri Shambavananda. 
If you want to become a certified yoga instructor at your own pace and schedule, or simply expand your knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda, this Home Study Yoga Teacher Training is for you. Each topic offers its own unique material which is  included in the price of the course. 4 Skype classes (at each level) are included for 1 on 1 training. This course may be used to simply deepen your own understanding of Kundalini Yoga and Ayurveda, or through testing and completing the required documentations, Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification.
