Butterfly pea, a traditional Ayurvedic medicine, has been used for centuries as a memory enhancer, nootropic, antistress, anxiolytic, antidepressant, anticonvulsant, tranquilizing and sedative agent.

Butterfly Pea Flower Tea

  • Add 4-5 flowers to a cup, add boiled water and steep 4-5 minutes for a deep blue color. It has a mild, flower taste and beautiful color. May add honey or lemon. Lemon will give a bright purple color.
